Job Description / Responsibility
- Market Exploration & Client Acquisition: Actively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by pitching our garments accessories/trims to garments manufacturing units, buying houses, and buying agents.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, merchandising teams, and purchase managers to ensure repeat business.
- Product Presentation: Present and showcase our trims/accessories sample collections to prospective buyers and successfully convert inquiries into bulk orders.
- Sourcing & Development: Coordinate with the internal production/R&D team to develop samples as per buyer specifications, tech packs, and quality standards.
- Order Tracking & Merchandising: Follow up on the complete merchandising cycle, including price quotation, negotiation, sample approval, production monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify new product opportunities and price strategies.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and marketing targets set by the management.
- Reporting: Prepare regular marketing activity reports, sales forecasts, and client feedback summaries for the management team.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years

- Industry Networks: Must have a strong existing network and connection with merchandising teams in major Buying Houses and Garments Factories.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla for effective negotiation and presentation.
- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of garments accessories specifications, materials, and production processes.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet communication.
