Job Description / Responsibility
- Handle overall merchandising activities from order development to shipment.
- Communicate with buyers regarding order status, sampling, approvals, production updates, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, quality, and commercial departments to ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, sample development, and production status.
- Prepare pre-costing, budget costing, post-costing, consumption, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and order sheets.
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining buyer quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Seamless execution capability to minimize delays, claims, and production issues.
- Maintain strong buyer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Prepare merchandising reports and update management regularly.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Textile background will get preference.
- Professional certification in apparel merchandising will add a plus.

- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and merchandising operations.
- Capable of getting orders from buyers through strong communication and good negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of fabrics, trims, sourcing, and costing.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
- Sound knowledge of operating the MIS.
- Must be proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
