Job Description / Responsibility
- Construction projects planning, execution, monitoring, and overall site management.
- Supervise RCC, steel structure, finishing, and interior construction works to ensure quality standards.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, BOQ, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Verify work measurements, bills, and project documentation.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain project records, daily reports, and compliance documents.
- Support management in project planning, budgeting, and business development activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, project presentations, and technical discussions when required.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil in from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Building & Construction Materials, Interior Design, NGO, Group of Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Textile, Garments
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, RCC works, steel structures, and interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and interior projects will be preferred
