Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Civil Engineer for our real estate projects (residential/commercial buildings). The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines.
- Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka-1216
- Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
- Ensure work is executed as per design, drawing, and specifications
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and site workers
- Maintain project progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Check construction materials and ensure quality control
- Identify and resolve on-site engineering issues
- Ensure safety standards are properly followed at site
- Communicate with management and provide project updates
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule
- Must have knowledge about residence interior design
- Understand the client's requirements and achieving a satisfactory level through design
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Skills Required:
- Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.
- Sound knowledge in computer MS office program, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concept to booth client & team members.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials and Building systems.
