Job Description / Responsibility
- The selected candidate will act as the Managing Director’s representative on project matters and shall:
- Assist in planning,execution,monitoring and control of construction projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and government authorities.
- Prepare and review project schedules using primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety and budget performance.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, tender documents and technical proposals.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage subcontractors and supplier performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project reports and presentation.
- Support procurement planning and contract administration.
- Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Assist in business development, project bidding and strategic planning activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a recongised university.
- Candited should be Proven experience in project planning,site execution and project coordination.
- Experience in warehouse,industrial,commercial or high-rise projects will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Real Estate
