Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Responsibilities – Engineer (Embroidery Factory)
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of embroidery machines and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery.
- Monitor machine efficiency and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts consumption.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and provide technical guidance when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and operational efficiency.
- Support installation, commissioning, and upgrading of new machinery and equipment.
- Prepare maintenance reports and submit updates to management regularly.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial & Production Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 20 years
- Only Male
- Experience in garments, embroidery, textile, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
