Job Description / Responsibility
- CITADEL PROPERTIES LTD is a leading and rapidly growing real estate development company committed to excellence, innovation, and quality construction. We are currently seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professional to join our engineering team.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise ongoing construction works at the project site to ensure quality, structural integrity, and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and verify daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, material requisitions, and measurement sheets.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a well-reputed engineering university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience in the same field within a reputed Real Estate Development company.
- TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
- Software Proficiency: Expert command over AutoCAD (2D/3D), Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in other related structural or project management engineering software is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be a confident individual capable of handling site pressure and meeting deadlines.
