Job Description / Responsibility

Project Documentation and Computer Operations: Manage project billing, revisions, and all
computer-based tasks related to project estimation and documentation.
Work Planning: Develop comprehensive work schedules and operational plans.
Site Supervision: Provide on-site oversight and management of construction activities.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets established quality standards and specifications.
Project Completion and Handover: Execute work according to approved plans and manage the formal handover process to the respective departments.
Comprehensive Project Oversight: Supervise all day-to-day project operations to ensure successful and timely resolution.
Accountability and Deadlines: Maintain full responsibility for all assigned tasks and ensure that every phase of the project is completed strictly within the designated deadlines.
Knowledge In E-GP, LTM & OTM

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office (specifically for billing and documentation).
