Senior Interior Designer

Job Description / Responsibility

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and working drawings.
Produce 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
Select materials, finishes, and furniture, fixtures, lighting and décor elements.
Prepare project specifications, BOQ, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits and supervise interior works to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, timelines, and workmanship.
Resolve design and execution-related issues during project implementation.
Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and company standards.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
