Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects.
- Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project`s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Manage start-to-end project lifecycle: from ideation to final execution.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates
- Translate client needs and brand identity into functional, aesthetic interior spaces.
- Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models.
- Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm, Developer, Public Relation Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 48 years
- Strong proficiency in architectural software
- Must be active on online platform and client response
- Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
