Project Engineer - Civil

Job Description / Responsibility

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, RUET, or KUET.
Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
Handle project documentation, BOQ, estimation, and billing activities.
Manage procurement and site execution activities.
Work on government and private sector projects, including Roads & Highways, PWD, and other infrastructure projects.
Operate and manage e-GP tender-related activities when required.
Working Hours
Office Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Extended working hours may be required depending on project requirements.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 40 years
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Roads & Highways, PWD, Construction Site Management, or e-GP-related projects.
Experience in government project execution will be given preference.
Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and construction methodologies.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required.
