Job Description / Responsibility

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in-person
Provide updated info on destinations, visas, and travel
Assist clients in planning domestic & international travel itineraries
Process bookings for flights, hotels, and tour packages
Maintain client relationships through follow-ups and support
Resolve travel-related issues quickly and efficiently
Work with the team to achieve sales and service goals

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s in Any Discipline

Experience Requirements

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Job Requirements

3-4 years of relevant experience
Basic computer literacy & familiarity with booking platforms
Basic English communication skills
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Passion for travel and helping clients explore the world
Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a helping mindset.
