Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee academic planning and implementation for PY, MY & FY sections.
- Supervise teachers and ensure effective lesson delivery and assessment.
- Review lesson plans, academic schedules, worksheets, and exam papers.
- Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall academic performance.
- Conduct teacher meetings and provide academic guidance and support.
- Coordinate examinations, grading, and report card preparation.
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
- Ensure proper academic documentation and reporting.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- Master of Arts (MA) in English
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in English Medium School (Coordinator/Section Head preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Cambridge/Edexcel curriculum.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and academic documentation.
