Coordinator - English(PY,MY & FY)

Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee academic planning and implementation for PY, MY & FY sections.
Supervise teachers and ensure effective lesson delivery and assessment.
Review lesson plans, academic schedules, worksheets, and exam papers.
Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall academic performance.
Conduct teacher meetings and provide academic guidance and support.
Coordinate examinations, grading, and report card preparation.
Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
Ensure proper academic documentation and reporting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
Master of Arts (MA) in English

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Education, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in English Medium School (Coordinator/Section Head preferred).
Strong knowledge of Cambridge/Edexcel curriculum.
Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and academic documentation.
