Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate procurement activities, including material requisition follow-up, vendor coordination, and delivery tracking.
Track procurement progress, identify delays, and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure proper inventory management, material tracking and periodic inventory auditing to ensure proper control and accuracy.
Assist in budget tracking, BOQ follow-up, and cost control activities.
Coordinate internal departments for approvals, billing verification, and compliance requirements.
Analysing data and provide customized reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports).
Prepare Project related Letters/documentation.
Prepare Invoice, Price Quotation etc.
Prepare Tender documents for tender participation.
Translation of different letters for Principal.
Communication with Principal, Customer and Subcontractor.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Only Female
Advanced level proficiency in MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Project.
Excellent command in AutoCAD, 3D, Primavera and Photoshop.
Experience in construction project’s BOQ follow up, coordination in procurement activities is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management, to learn and work with responsibility.
Excellent written and speaking skills both Bangla in English.
Proactive mindset with problem-solving ability.
