Job Description / Responsibility

Job Location: Dhaka (Ready to be travelled to anywhere in Bangladesh/Overseas)
Prepare and support preparation of quotations, technical and commercial offers
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Sales team for costing and technical input
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors and customers in preparing the right solution for a given project
Review tender documents and extract key requirements
Maintain offer tracking and follow up with internal team and customers
Assist in preparation and submission of bids/RFQs
Communicate with clients for clarification of technical and commercial requirements
Ensure timely submission of accurate and competitive offers
Support sales administration and documentation activities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
4 years Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from well reputed University.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Additional Job Requirements

4-5 years of sales coordination experience in power system synchronization, automation, control, switchgear and substation projects.
MBA or business/project management course shall be adding value.
Candidates with experience in industrial / EPC / electrical manufacturing sector will get advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with AutoCAD is highly preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Strategic, analytical, detailed, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
