Officer- Commercial

Job Description / Responsibility

We are leading export-oriented footwear manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Officer to manage import-export documentation, LC operations, customs clearance, shipment coordination, and compliance-related commercial activities. The candidate should have practical experience in commercial operations and strong coordination skills to ensure timely execution of import and export processes.
Handle all import and export commercial activities.
Prepare and process LC, PI, EXP, UD, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, GSP, Certificate of Origin, and other commercial documents.
Coordinate with Banks, Customs, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Association, EPB, and related authorities.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely execution of export/import operations.
Maintain commercial files, records, and reports.
Follow up on customs clearance and shipping documentation.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, bonded warehouse rules, and export-import procedures.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Tannery/Footwear
