Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee assigned MBM-Munshi projects to ensure they are managed efficiently, professionally, and remain profitable
- Identify and evaluate cost components such as manpower requirements across multiple projects, productivity levels, cleaning equipment, chemicals, materials, and janitorial expenses
- Support the planning, budgeting, review, and control of the annual business operation plan
- Effectively communicate the technical strengths and competitive advantages of MBM-Munshi to clients during project visits
- Monitor project expenses and provide guidance to improve cost efficiency, including the optimal use of materials at project sites
- Foster discipline, accountability, and a positive work culture among project team members
- Keep track of competitors’ activities in the market and share relevant insights with management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across all projects
- Conduct regular (weekly/monthly) facility inspections to identify potential issues, ensure proper availability and functioning of equipment and chemicals, and coordinate necessary repairs; also oversee daily operations including work orders, inspections, and resolution of facility-related concerns
- Ensure effective coordination and teamwork among operations, branding, HR, and other departments at project sites
- Take responsibility for generating one-time business opportunities within assigned projects while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to adapt to evolving job requirements and challenges
- Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pest Control, Property Management & Preservation Services, Security Service

- Note: Having a personal motorcycle and a valid license is highly preferred.
