Job Description / Responsibility

Tasmia Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd. is an ISO-certified leading FMCG manufacturer in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the mentioned position:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop innovative perfume, body spray, attar, and fragrance-based product formulations.
Customize fragrance profiles according to market demand and consumer preferences.
Coordinate with local and international fragrance suppliers.
Conduct product evaluation, stability studies, and sensory testing.
Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization.
Maintain R&D documentation and technical records.
Provide technical support for production scale-up and quality improvement.

Educational Requirements

Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry
M.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry or related discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Perfume, Fragrance, Cosmetics, or Personal Care Product Development.
Strong knowledge of fragrance composition, blending, and product evaluation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working with international fragrance houses will be an added advantage.
Age preferably within 50 years.
