Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct time and motion studies to improve production efficiency.
Prepare operation breakdowns, line layouts, and capacity planning.
Monitor production performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Analyze line efficiency, labor productivity, and machine utilization.
Support production teams in achieving targeted output and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain IE-related reports and documentation.
Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
