Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Student Counselor & Visa Processing Officer to join our Study Consultancy Department and Student Counselor for our Safety Department. The ideal candidate will guide students through the process of selecting suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions while assisting them with visa application procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of visa policies, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional guidance to students regarding study options abroad, including course selection, university recommendations, and career pathways.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and align them with suitable opportunities.
Assist students in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring compliance with country-specific requirements.
Stay updated on visa rules, regulations, and changes in immigration policies for various countries.
Review and verify all necessary documents for applications, such as academic transcripts, financial statements, and identification documents.
Provide support in drafting statements of purpose (SOPs), recommendation letters, and other required documents.
Act as a liaison between students, educational institutions, and visa authorities.
Maintain regular follow-up with students regarding their application status and updates.
Participate in events, webinars, and workshops to promote the services offered by the consultancy.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Startup
