Job Description / Responsibility
- AGM/Manager – Trading & Indenting
- 6–10 years of proven experience in Trading & Indenting business. • Strong exposure to the pharmaceutical and textile industries, especially in the marketing and sales of basic chemicals, industrial raw materials, and related products.
- • Prepare and submit regular business reports to management.
- • Manage supplier enlistment and registration processes with clients and organizations.
- • Maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and business partners.
- • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong sales, marketing, and business development capabilities.
- • Effective customer relationship management and convincing ability.
- • Strong market analysis and business intelligence skills.
- • Ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
- • Capability and willingness to attend seminars, exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
- • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- • Market and sell industrial raw materials and chemicals to prospective clients.
- • Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- • Achieve periodic sales targets and business growth objectives.
- • Coordinate effectively with foreign and local principals, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- • Ensure procurement of quality products according to customer requirements.
- • Conduct product sampling, evaluation, and business confirmation activities.
- • Assist clients with product costing, pricing, and commercial analysis.
- • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- • Identify, analyze, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- IBA, Dhaka University,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Indenting, Indenting Firm, Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import
