Job Description / Responsibility
- Managing procurement of interior and civil materials
- Sourcing and onboarding vendors for construction and interior works
- Conducting regular market visits to assess pricing and quality
- Preparing purchase requests and comparative statements
- Issuing purchase orders (PO) and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining procurement records (digital & physical)
- Managing supplier payments including advances and final settlements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements
- Handling credit-based purchases and vendor negotiations
- Sourcing new materials of interior trend time to time
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design
