Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee overall accounting and financial operations of the company.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.
Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh VAT and Income Tax laws.
Prepare, review, and submit VAT Returns, Mushak Forms, Tax Returns, and withholding tax statements.
Maintain VAT registers, production records, and statutory documentation.
Handle VAT and Tax audits, assessments, and correspondence with NBR.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary compliance measures.
Support management in tax planning and risk mitigation initiatives.
Manage product costing and cost control activities.
Analyze raw material consumption, production costs, and inventory valuation.
Ensure proper costing systems for ceramic manufacturing operations.
Coordinate with Production, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments for financial reporting and control.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
Develop and maintain effective internal control systems.
Identify financial risks and implement corrective measures.
Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

7 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary ware

Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office applications.
