Store Officer – Real Estate

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage inventory, materials, and store operations for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely receipt and issuance of materials, and supporting project operations through effective inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all incoming and outgoing construction materials.
2. Receive materials as per challan, purchase order, and requisition.
3. Verify material quality and quantity upon receipt.
4. Maintain store ledger, bin cards, and inventory records.
5. Issue materials according to approved requisitions.
6. Monitor stock levels and prepare material requisitions/indents.
7. Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
9. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
10. Coordinate with procurement, project engineers, and site management regarding material requirements.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 50 years
Only Male
Required Skills Inventory and warehouse management. ERP/SAP or inventory software knowledge. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Good communication and organizational abilities.
