Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee overall plant operations and ensure smooth and efficient production activities across all manufacturing units.
Ensure compliance with GMP, DGDA, QA, EHS, and other statutory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry in Bangladesh.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
Manage plant operations within approved budgets and optimize operational efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and develop plant teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective implementation of plant safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Commercial, and related departments for seamless operations.
Prepare operational, production, compliance, and performance reports for senior management.
Drive process improvement, cost optimization, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence initiatives.
Monitor utility consumption, wastage control, operational costs, and manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, batch record maintenance, and audit readiness.
Lead regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits successfully.

Educational Requirements

Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry/Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ME/EEE/IPE/Chemical Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 17 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
