Job Description / Responsibility

Obtain quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative statements for management review.
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and related procurement documentation.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Support contract negotiations and supplier onboarding activities.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, pricing, delivery, and service standards.
Assist in evaluating and developing new suppliers to improve sourcing options.
Maintain an updated vendor database and supplier records.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
Ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Coordinate with project sites and warehouses regarding material requirements.
Maintain procurement records, supplier quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and supplier performance.
Ensure all procurement transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
Support budget monitoring and cost-control initiatives.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management practices.
