Job Description / Responsibility

Job Objective: Lead the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless material flow from sourcing to factory delivery. Focus on cost optimization, inventory management, and cross-functional alignment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Core Responsibilities:
End-to-End Import & Sourcing: Manage the complete Letter of Credit (LC) process (opening, amendment, tracking, and closure). Coordinate with freight forwarders and C&F agents to ensure timely port clearance and safe delivery to the factory.
Cost Analysis & Recovery: Calculate and analyze the variance between pre-landed and actual landed costs. Collaborate directly with the costing and finance teams to ensure material costs are accurately reflected and recovered from buyers.
Vendor & Buyer Negotiation: Actively identify, evaluate, and onboard new local and global vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with both suppliers and buyers to maximize profitability.
Inventory Optimization: Define, monitor, and adjust material re-order levels to guarantee zero production interruption. Maintain optimum inventory thresholds to strictly minimize holding costs.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for Production, Planning, and Store departments. Proactively resolve any raw material connectivity issues to keep manufacturing schedules on track.
Local Procurement: Manage alternative sourcing and local procurement operations efficiently, including vendor follow-ups, paperwork, and ensuring timely in-house material receipt.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
PGD in SCM

Experience Requirements

At least 9 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 34 years
Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain, import/LC processes, and procurement in a manufacturing or converter industry.
Strong analytical skills for cost calculation and inventory optimization.
Excellent negotiation and cross-functional communication abilities.
