Senior Executive - Supply Chain (Procurement)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end sourcing and procurement of diverse goods, including food items, play zone materials, branch logistics, event supplies, and merchandising items.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors.
Maintain an updated vendor database and evaluate vendor performance regularly based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to secure the best value while maintaining Babuland's quality standards.
Process requisition requests from various branches and departments, raise Purchase Orders (POs) via the ERP system, and ensure rigid compliance protocols are followed.
Collaborate closely with branch-level operations teams to accurately assess their procurement needs, anticipate shortages, and establish efficient reordering schedules.
Conduct continuous market research to identify alternative sourcing channels, assess market trends, and travel to suppliers or branches for quality inspections and coordination as required.
Prepare comprehensive, routine reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and vendor performance for management review.
Execute any other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Amusement Park, Party/ Community Center, Park

Additional Job Requirements

Prior experience in franchise, retail, FMCG, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement principles.
Hands-on experience handling procurement modules in ERP systems.
Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the procurement pipeline.
Maintain a positive and organized attitude in a fast-paced environment.
