Job Description / Responsibility

Key Responsibilties
Source suppliers and evaluate quotations based on quality, pricing, lead time, and service capability.
Assist in vendor selection, vendor performance evaluation, and supplier relationship management.
Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and delivery schedules.
Negotiate favorable commercial terms where appropriate.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
Analyze stock consumption, reorder points, and inventory turnover.
Minimize stock shortages, overstocking, wastage, and expired inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Track shipments and resolve supply disruptions proactively.
Analytical Responsibilties
Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems.
Monitor key metrics such as:
Inventory Turnover
Procurement Cycle Time
Vendor Performance
Cost Savings
Stock Accuracy
Service Availability
Delivery Lead Time
Support implementation of ERP, inventory management, or digital reporting systems where applicable.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
PGD in Supply Chain Management, Experience in oil & gas, industrial services, catering operations, camp management, facility management, logistics, or EPC projects will be highly preferred.

1 to 3 years
