Job Description / Responsibility

Source quotes from suppliers, create purchase orders, and maintain vendor documents.
Monitor inventory levels, evaluate stock, and forecast future needs.
Coordinate and ensure end-to-end product deliveries to the user end.
Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to prepare performance reports.
Participate in vendor and product development initiatives.
Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation for all supply chain activities.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe material handling, storage optimization, and space utilization.
Collaborate with procurement teams to align material arrivals with production schedules or operational demands.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Amusement Park, Party/ Community Center, Park
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

· Expertise in planning, forecasting, and budget management.
· Strong knowledge of inventory management.
· Excellent negotiation skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
· Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
· Willing to travel as needed.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
· Flexibility to adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate urgent and emergency distributions.
· High willingness to travel to support multiple branches and external facilities.
