Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Cyanic Calix is a dynamic and growing indenting firm representing leading global pharmaceutical machinery manufacturers in the Bangladeshi pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and motivated female professional to join our team as Senior Executive – HVAC Documentation & Communication.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical and commercial documentation, maintaining effective communication with local clients and overseas principals, and supporting business operations through accurate documentation and coordination.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage technical and commercial documentation related to HVAC systems, including:
- User Requirement Specification (URS) evaluations
- Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation
- Collection and evaluation of quotations from manufacturers
- Preparation of quotations and tender documents
- Submission of quotations/tenders to clients
- Follow-up on submitted quotations
- Participation in technical and commercial negotiations
- Handle formal email correspondence with overseas principals and local pharmaceutical clients.
- Maintain an organized documentation system to ensure efficient tracking, retrieval, and record management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, brochures, and marketing materials for technical products.
- Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of documents.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary follow-up support.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical or EEE
- B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or EEE) from a public university.

- 2 to 4 years

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only Female
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical machinery indenting, trading, or engineering company.
- Proven experience in technical documentation, international business correspondence, and technical communication is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Proficiency in:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS PowerPoint
- Adobe PDF editing tools
- Email platforms (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
