Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Cyanic Calix is a leading indenting and engineering solutions company representing renowned global manufacturers serving the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors of Bangladesh. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – Marketing (HVAC Systems).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading HVAC marketing and business development activities, maintaining strong relationships with clients and principals, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving organizational sales objectives.
- Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for HVAC systems and related engineering solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Promote HVAC products and solutions, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV Systems, Cleanroom HVAC Systems, and Ventilation Systems.
- Prepare and review techno-commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, tender documents, and contract agreements.
- Lead negotiations with clients and coordinate with overseas principals and manufacturers.
- Monitor project pipelines, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing and sales team to enhance overall performance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Masters
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, EEE, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- MBA in Marketing or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Experience Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC sales, marketing, business development, or project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within the HVAC, MEP, cleanroom, or engineering industry.
- Proven experience in handling pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, and commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong background in techno-commercial discussions, tender management, and contract negotiations.
- Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom solutions, and engineering products.
- Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve business targets.
- Positive attitude, strategic thinking ability, and willingness to travel for business purposes.
