Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct classes and ensure effective delivery of the curriculum in accordance with approved academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials, and monitor student progress and performance.
- Coordinate day-to-day academic activities and provide guidance and support to the local teaching team.
- Act as the liaison between the Chattogram Division School and the Principal/Head Office to ensure effective communication and implementation of directives.
- Support academic planning, examinations, co-curricular activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding academic matters.
- Coordinate with local administration, government agencies, and relevant authorities as required for the smooth operation of the school.
- Prepare and submit academic and operational reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal or management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Honor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized institution. Candidates with Special Education qualifications, training, or practical experience will receive preference.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Minimum 5–6 years of teaching experience; experience in a special education school will be preferred
- Excellent communication, counseling, and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with children with special needs will be an advantage.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and computer skills (MS Office & ERP).
- Ability to manage workload and schedules effectively.
- Willingness to work across school, or field-based settings as required.

The organization operates an ENT Hospital and a Pre-school for Hearing-Impaired Children, providing specialized medical care, hearing and speech services, and early childhood education.
