Sound knowledge of Islamic teachings, Aqidah, Akhlaq, and Islamic values.
Previous teaching experience in Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, or Islamic Studies is preferred; however, passionate and competent fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Must be dedicated, patient, and passionate about teaching and working with underprivileged students.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to handle adolescent boys with firmness, empathy, and fairness.
Candidates must possess a religious mindset, be decent in behavior, and serve as moral guides for students.
Willingness to reside on campus or stay beyond academic hours to support student development is highly valued.
