Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Responsibility:
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs.
- Create engaging training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
- Assess training needs and tailor content accordingly.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to stay updated.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Design, develop, and deliver curricula and documentation to support knowledge sharing programs
- Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning
- Provide ongoing support and answer product-related queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance training programs.
- Ensure training aligns with company goals and standards.
- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Nutrition
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Only Male
- Strong knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage
- Excellent presentation skill
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Design, develop, and update engaging training curricula, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
