Job Description / Responsibility

Sylhet International University (SIU) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Lecturer for the Department of English.
Job Location: Sylhet International University, Shamimabad, Bagbari, Sylhet

Educational Requirements

Master of Arts (MA) in English
A Master`s degree in English (Literature/Linguistics/ELT) from a recognized university.
Candidates with a CGPA of 3.25 or above (out of 4.00) at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels are required.

Additional Job Requirements

Strong command of English, with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Previous teaching experience at the university level is desirable but not mandatory.
Research publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an advantage.
