Job Description / Responsibility

Conduct outbound calls to international customers and introduce them to our training programs.
Strong vocabulary in understanding and speaking English language
Listen to clients` career requirement, offering personalized recommendations and assistance.
Provide detailed information about our training programs and suggest the best suitable program for their career development.
Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.
Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
The position will report to the Head of sales located at our India Headquarters.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 5 years
