- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic & Institutional Leadership
- Implement institutional vision, mission, and Cambridge strategy across all programmes (YLE to A Level).
- Ensure full CAIE compliance, accreditation, and institutional performance improvement.
- Lead academic planning, teacher appraisal systems, and structured training programs.
- Represent the institution in CAIE, community, and stakeholder engagements.
- Strengthen parent engagement, enrollment growth, and institutional development.
- Oversee English framework implementation and data-driven academic interventions.
- English Language Excellence (Priority)
- Develop and execute a whole-school English improvement strategy.
- Monitor proficiency levels and ensure English as the primary medium of instruction.
- Implement structured reading, writing, and vocabulary development programs.
- Conduct focused classroom observations and provide instructional coaching.
- Introduce diagnostic assessments and promote English-rich environments.
- Integrate multimedia and co-curricular activities for language development.
- CETF Implementation
- Lead CETF rollout, teacher training, and competency-based assessment.
- Conduct CETF-aligned observations with structured feedback.
- Develop CPD plans based on teacher progression stages.
- Maintain performance records and use data for HR and development decisions.
- Cambridge Programme Supervision
- Supervise all Cambridge stages (YLE, Primary, Lower Secondary, Checkpoint, IGCSE, A Level).
- Ensure curriculum delivery, assessment quality, and smooth academic transitions.
- Manage examination cycles, preparation strategies, and results analysis.
- Use performance data to improve curriculum and teaching practices.
- Academic Planning & Quality Management
- Develop academic calendars aligned with CAIE timelines.
- Oversee syllabus planning, lesson standards, and workload allocation.
- Conduct classroom observations, student assessments, and quality checks.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion, exam readiness, and academic excellence.
- Implement remedial and enrichment programs for all student levels.
- Examination & Assessment Management
- Manage all internal and external examinations per CAIE standards.
- Ensure exam integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance.
- Produce post-exam performance analysis and improvement plans.
- Supervise coursework handling, moderation, and submission processes.
- Teacher Development & Instructional Leadership
- Lead recruitment, induction, and continuous professional development (CPD).
- Implement structured appraisal and feedback systems.
- Develop individual teacher training plans and mentoring programs.
- Ensure teachers stay updated with CAIE curriculum and assessment changes.
- Teaching Responsibility
- Conduct assigned teaching duties with high instructional standards.
- Model effective pedagogy, discipline, and classroom management.
- Provide mentoring and academic guidance to teachers and students.
- Examination Oversight
- Supervise planning and execution of all examinations.
- Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and structured assessment systems.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- HR Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, discipline, and performance appraisal.
- Facilitate training, meetings, and faculty development initiatives.
- Student Affairs & Parent Engagement
- Supervise discipline, welfare, and student development.
- Manage parent communication, counseling, and issue resolution.
- Oversee admissions testing and student placement.
- Admissions Management
- Supervise end-to-end admissions process and enrollment growth.
- Ensure compliance with institutional standards and effective parent communication.
- Marketing & Public Relations
- Oversee branding, marketing campaigns, and digital presence.
- Maintain stakeholder and community relationships.
- Financial Management
- Supervise budgeting, expenditures, reporting, and financial compliance.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
- Procurement Management
- Manage procurement planning, approvals, and vendor selection.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Operational Management
- Supervise transport, maintenance, housekeeping, and food services.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, infrastructure quality, and operational efficiency.
- Girls’ Campus Coordination
- Ensure academic alignment, curriculum consistency, and shared standards.
- Coordinate exams, resources, and English improvement initiatives.
- Co-Curricular & Events
- Supervise extracurricular programs, events, and institutional activities.
- Ensure structured execution of assemblies, publications, and programs.
- Institutional Systems & Digital Management
- Oversee ERP systems, digital records, and reporting standards.
- Ensure data literacy and system adoption across departments.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Maintain proper records and ensure audit readiness.
- Enforce SOP compliance and documentation standards.
- Cross-Department Coordination
- Ensure collaboration across academic, HR, finance, and operations teams.
- Eliminate silos and align all departments with institutional KPIs and goals.

- Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in school leadership and academic management.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience within a CAIE-registered institution.
- Advanced English language proficiency with proven experience in English program leadership.
- Strong Islamic knowledge, including Quranic understanding and principles of Tarbiyah and Tazkiyah.
- Proven experience with Cambridge International Curriculum (CAIE).
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Desirable Requirements
- CETF (Cambridge English Teaching Framework) qualification or trained assessor status.
- Experience managing Cambridge programs such as YLE, Checkpoint, and IGCSE.
- Proficiency in CAIE Centre Manager portal, ERP/MIS systems, and academic reporting tools.
- Strong documented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in Cambridge education and English language teaching.
