Student Care Intern

Job Description / Responsibility

Assist students throughout their learning journey, responding to their queries and ensuring they receive proper guidance and support.
Maintain regular communication with students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person to provide updates, reminders, and class information.
Handle class coordination tasks, including student attendance, batch scheduling, class updates, and follow-ups.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students—sharing class details, platform access, guidelines, and required learning resources.
Track student progress and report their performance or issues to the concerned department trainers.
Collect student feedback regularly and share insights to help improve class quality and overall service.
Support trainers and faculty members by preparing class materials, coordinating sessions, and ensuring all resources are available on time.
Maintain accurate data records of students, batches, course progress, and communication logs.
Assist in resolving student complaints by identifying issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
Actively participate in administrative tasks such as documentation, report preparation, and database updates.
Maintain professionalism and a friendly attitude to create a positive experience for every student.
