Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee the full cycle of door-to-door cargo operations, from collection to final delivery.
Manage operational staff, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service teams.
Ensure timely and efficient cargo (Flight) movement while maintaining service quality.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Monitor shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and business improvement plans.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Support business growth by identifying new service opportunities and improving customer retention.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/BBA/MBA (Major in Finance/Banking) from any reputed University/College.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing department of Export-Import, Trading Business, Door to door cargo service business.

Additional Job Requirements

Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have positive attitude.
