Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for imported ladies’ and baby pumpy shoes.
Expand dealer, distributor, and retail customer networks across Bangladesh.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor market trends and customer demand to support product selection and inventory planning.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
