Job Description / Responsibility

Location: Charsindur, Narsingdi, Bangladesh
Project Duration: 6 Months
Training Course: Tailoring & Dress Making
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical tailoring and sewing training sessions
Teach cutting, stitching, measurement, and finishing techniques
Maintain training equipment and materials
Monitor trainee performance and provide assessments
Support women in developing income-generating skills

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Diploma/Certificate in Tailoring or relevant field

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of practical experience
Experience in training women groups will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
