- About the Role
- We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Technology & Recruiting, Scheduling Associate to join our remote team. This is a full-time night shift role (Bangladesh time: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM), working 6 days a week with Monday off.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome – training will be provided. If you have strong English communication skills, basic IT knowledge, and experience in caregiver hiring, scheduling, job posting, or software testing, this role offers a great opportunity to build your career with a US-based organization.

- Key Responsibilities
- Hiring caregiver, schedule and coordinate non-medical home care caregivers.
- Assist in caregiver hiring, scheduling, visit verification, billing, and invoicing.
- Perform software and web application testing (manual & automated).
- Create and execute test cases; report issues to the team.
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
- Communicate with team members in the USA during EST business hours.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.

- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a corporate environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in scheduling, recruitment, software testing, or QA is a plus.
- Previous experience with job posting and hiring is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of software development is a plus.
- Must have a personal computer and high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Must have a quiet and disturbance-free workspace.

- Work Schedule
- Bangladesh Time: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (aligned with US EST time 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, with one-hour break).
- 6 days a week (Monday off).

- Basic Salary: Up to Tk 25,000 per month.
