Job Description / Responsibility

Location: Charsindur, Narsingdi, Bangladesh
Project Type: Women Empowerment & Skill Development Training Project for underprivileged rural women
Training Courses: Tailoring & Dress Making, Batik Print & Handicrafts
Employment Type: Contractual (6 Months)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage overall activities of the training center
Coordinate effectively with trainers and trainees
Maintain attendance, training progress, and reporting records
Communicate with local communities and stakeholders
Ensure proper implementation of training activities
Prepare and submit monthly progress reports

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Job Requirements

Previous experience in NGO projects or training center management will be preferred
Basic computer skills required
