Job Description / Responsibility

- The Deputy Manager, Business Development (Sales) will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of the group's revenue objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to overall group revenue growth.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business relationships.
- Promote and sell the group's training, certification, accreditation, consulting, and software solutions.
- Support the expansion of university partnerships and accreditation programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, training providers, and professional communities.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up of leads and opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, workshops, and business development events.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize business opportunities and client satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate sales documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and governance requirements.
- Execute strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by management.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue generated against assigned targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Strategic partnerships signed.
- Conversion rate from leads to sales.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Business development activities completed.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting and CRM updates.
