Job Description / Responsibility
  • Strategic Responsibilities
  • Technical Strategy Development: Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a technology roadmap to support future business growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating the organization’s goals, strategies and performance to stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the board of directors.
  • Change Management: Leading organizational change initiatives, adapting to market trends, and guiding the company through transitions.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Expanding the organization’s customer base and market presence.
  • Operational Responsibilities
  • Technical Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams, including engineers, IT staff, and technicians.
  • Systems Optimization: Ensure that technical processes and systems are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Problem-Solving: Provide high-level technical guidance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Innovation: Promote innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and implementing relevant advancements.
  • Compliance: Ensure all technical operations adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to align technical efforts with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • KPIs and Metrics: Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for technical teams and projects.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within technical operations.
  • Budget and Financial Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the technical department`s budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or performance.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Business Studies
Experience Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Online Retail Startup, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 45 to 60 years
  • Only Male
  • The applicants should have experience in corporate field and business development achieving targets set by Management.
  • Experience in technical sector (Automation) is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Must be Good at English).
  • Familiarity with government contract management, coupled with expertise in organizational effectiveness and operations management, including the implementation of best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative management approach.
  • Experience in budget development and oversight.
  • Dedication to upholding high ethical standards and promoting workplace diversity.
  • Understanding of tax and compliance implications related to non-profit status.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
  • Skilled in people management, open to direction, and committed to collaborative work.
  • Capacity to question and discuss organization-critical matters.
