Job Description / Responsibility

All financial data input in Tally Prime, As well as various Excel files.
Record keeping of cash vouchers, cash books, petty cash, bank books, journal entries, and maintaining trial balances.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and delivery challan software- wise.
Process and manage vendor invoices. Ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
Follow up on overdue payments. For long-term outstanding maintain a professional conversation via mail.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Provide financial analysis and insights.
Prepare and submit the monthly VAT return (Mushak 9.1). Regularly Collect Tax and VAT documents from Clients.
Supervise and oversee day-to-day office operations of the administrative work.
Provide administrative support to executives and managers.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
