Job Description / Responsibility

Support daily office operations, including accounts payable (AP), payroll processing, accounts receivable (AR), as well as finance operational tasks and revenue summaries for the management team.
Oversee and review monthly expense reports and funding sources.
Oversee employee expense reports.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain accounting documents, vouchers, and records properly.
Other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Coordinate with management regarding financial matters and reporting.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
