Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and verify vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and MIS reports.
Monitor cost control and expense tracking.
Manage salary and wages processing for employees and workers.
Calculate and verify overtime (OT) as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
Ensure accuracy of payroll, attendance, and OT data.
Coordinate and handle CA (CC) audit requirements and documentation.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Coordinate with HR and production teams for payroll and financial data.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance & Banking
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Finance & Banking
CA (CC) / CMA (partly qualified) will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies
