Marketing Executive - Retailer (Metro Mart)

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to drive customer traffic and sales growth.
Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special events across retail outlets.
Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and in-store branding standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer trends and business opportunities.
Work closely with retail operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including banners, posters, flyers, and digital content.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers for marketing-related projects and activations.
Maintain brand consistency across all retail locations and marketing communications.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Support customer engagement and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
